Wij hebben als RegMed XB al vele jaren samengewerkt met PCO voor het organiseren van onze Annual Conference. Onze ervaring is dat er een snelle opvolging is aan vragen en het oplossen van eventuele problemen. Er wordt actief meegedacht op voorhand en alles wordt in details geregeld en besproken.
Op de dag van het event zelf zijn ze volledig in controle en zorgen er achter de schermen voor dat alles goed loopt. Al met al zijn wij zeer tevreden over onze samenwerking en gaan wij volgend jaar wederom samen onze Annual Conference organiseren.

Maastricht Consensus Conference on Thrombosis

European Vascular Course
Het organiseren van een internationaal congres met meer dan 2000 deelnemers uit 50 verschillende landen, 150 sprekers, 250 workshops en > 60 medische bedrijven is een gigantische uitdaging. Ervoor zorgen dat elk detail tot in de puntjes is verzorgd, dat er helemaal niets over ‘t hoofd wordt gezien en dat een dergelijk event vlekkeloos verloopt vereist nog een extra dimensie. Mijn ervaring is dat je dit gehele pakket, inclusief die extra dimensie, het beste aan Pauwels PCO kunt overlaten. Sinds vele jaren is Pauwels PCO onze partner bij het organiseren van de European Vascular Course en zijn wij enorm enthousiast over hun performance.

MediReva Symposium
We krijgen nog steeds complimenten voor ons symposium dat we begin 2019 organiseerden voor zo’n 500 zorgprofessionals. Mede dankzij Susanne en haar team verliep de dag van begin tot eind soepel. PCO heeft ons, net als met ons symposium in 2016, ondersteund met de organisatie. Altijd in goed overleg en met een positief kritische blik om het steeds tot een succes te maken. Als we in de toekomst een symposium of congres organiseren, kloppen we zeker weer bij PCO aan!

Als communicatieadviseur word ik met enige regelmaat door collega’s gevraagd of ik hen wil helpen met het organiseren van een congres. Natuurlijk wil ik dat! Maar ik adviseer hen ook om een congresbureau in de hand te nemen. In eerste instantie zie je ze aarzelen en denken ‘dat kunnen we toch wel zelf?’ Maar het organiseren van een congres is echt een vak apart. Nadat ze met Pauwels PCO hebben gewerkt, zeggen ze steevast: “dit hadden we nooit alleen gekund!” Mijn ervaring met Pauwels PCO? Ze werken ontzettend professioneel, denken aan alles, geen vraag is te veel en je voelt je echt ontzorgd. Het is gewoon een heel prettig team om mee samen te werken!

European Veterinary Dental Forum
Organising the European Veterinary Dental Congress has been the core task of the European Veterinary Dental Society. As the board consist of only volunteers, organising this event was a yearly struggle and time consuming business to get everything done on time. This lead to the fact that the congress was not growing and sponsors were not happy. Discussing this concern with one of our main sponsors, he came with the idea of contacting a PCO for taking care of our daily business concerning the organisation of the congress. He specifically recommended Partners in Congress Organisers. Since more than 6 years PCO Pauwels Congress Organisers is helping us with all the administration and organisation of our congress who went up from 250 pax to more than 500 in 5 years.

We, as EVECCS (European Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society), are working with PCO since 2016 for the organisation of our congress. ESVD-ECVD Congress & ESVD Secretariat
I am pleased to write this recommendation letter in support of the Partners in Congress Organisers (PCO) company. Our collaboration with PCO began at the birth of this company, in 2011. I was then the President of the European Society of Veterinary Dermatology (ESVD) and Venue Finder and Congress Coordinator for the European Veterinary Dermatology Congress co-organized by the Society (ESVD) and College (ECVD) of Veterinary Dermatology. Before 2011, the ESVD had not worked with a permanent secretariat, and we decided then to appoint PCO for this task. The board had decided on a trial period, but given the quality of the interaction, we never thought of going back and depriving ourselves of their services. PCO is assisting us for board meeting organizations, AGM preparation and for the contact with our members and sponsors, if and when needed. As the Venue Finder, I am selecting the destination for the major events of the society, and, together with PCO we prepare site visits. We take care together of all the aspect of events from hotels, to congress venues and social program locations. When decisions are taken, PCO reviews and analyzes all the contracts and budgets are built. The collaboration is just perfect. PCO makes my ideas, sometimes very original and difficult to implement, realistic. We never had a disagreement on ideas, and we always found solutions to make what seemed impossible real. The satisfaction of our members with PCO remains very high. This company personnel is also collaborating with our Scientific Committee for the abstract submission, the poster session and the proceeding book printing; things always go smoothly. Finally, PCO is also taking care of the congress on site: the registration of the participants, the building of the commercial exhibition and the control of the congress itself. After 10 years of collaboration, they know our participants and our sponsors and this allows more ease in contacts and problem solving. If I have to highlight some of their qualities, these are rigor, efficiency, kindness and reactivity. In summary, I recommend PCO for any business related to congress management, organization and secretariat. This team will not disappoint you.

Annual Meeting of the European Society for Biomaterials
Partners in Congress Organisers (PCO) helped me organise the 29th Annual Meeting of the European Society for Biomaterials, that was held at the MECC in Maastricht, the Netherlands in September 2018. The conference, with almost 1000 participants from all over the world was a great success, and PCO played a very important role in this success. From the very beginning of the organisation until the last day of the conference, they led us through the process, made a schedule and ensured that all deadlines were met. They helped us to create a budget, and importantly, they continuously monitored everything that could affect the budget, which allowed us to make timely decisions about different aspects of the conference. They established contact with everybody whom we needed for the conference, from the congress center to caterers and band for the dinner party. Their local, national and international network is impressive, making it possible to accommodate most of the requests we as conference organisers had. I also very much appreciated the fact that they were very approachable and available for any question we had, sometimes even during the weekends. In sum, PCO is a full service professional event organiser who took care of everything and allowed us to fully concentrate on the scientific part of the program. Working with Joeri, Susanne and their colleagues from PCO not only successful, but also easy and pleasant. I would, without a doubt, choose PCO again if I decided to organise another event.
